"to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain." Philippians 1:21, NKJV

We must more sincerely be willing to consider our relationship with Christ as the most important & fulfilling part of life, and to also be willing to die for Him (as He did for us, out of selfless and perfect love)...how can you grow more devout, in this vital regard?

Yes, indeed!

"consider our relationship with Christ as the most important & fulfilling part of life, and to also be willing to die for Him" - We offer sacrifices that don't really feel like sacrifices to us, because we want to please Him and show our love and devotion to Him.

Jesus really helped me understand that anything is possible with Him and that means it's possible for me to live a life that is completely pleasing to Him. smile.gif

I know that lately, I have given into what 'I' want and feel, instead of doing what I 'know' is right and pleasing to Him. We all make our mistakes, but the main thing is to correct those mistakes and move forward in the right direction.

Praise God for his love and mercy!
