Prayer For A Suffering Codependent, Codependency Options

I sure could use some prayer right now. I just found out from a Christian counselor that I have been suffering with codependency my entire life. I am glad to know it now...but am struggling through the initial stages of dealing with it. An extramarital affair in a codependent relationship with this individual has exacerbated the magnitude of this problem. Please say a prayer for me as I remove myself from the primary addiction and then any secondary addictions that occur as a result of the pain of dealing with the primary one.
