Computer chips in hands and Babylon already fallen? You need to take your own advice and read Matthew 24 again. Christ will not return until Israel has gone through the great tribulation. Then they will finally turn to Him and believe that He is indeed their Messiah. The prophecy concerning Babylon and the tribulation has NOT been fulfilled.

Read Rev 17,18 and Jeremiah 50 and 51 concerning Babylon. When she has fallen, "Therefore the wild beasts of the desert with the wild beasts of the islands shall dwell there, and the owls shall dwell therein: and it shall no more be inhabited for ever; neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation. (Jer 49:39)
This has not yet occurred. Desert Storm has NOTHING to do with this prophecy.

You are adding to the Word to say that computer chips will be put in hands. That is from the imagination of man and not from Scripture. Christ will not come again until AFTER the tribulation as we are clearly told in Matthew 24:29, "Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heaven shall be shaken: AND THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and THEN shall the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

Prophecy concerning Israel is not now being fulfilled. They were set aside when the nation did not repent and believe in the risen Christ. (Acts 3:19-21) Except for a small remnant that believes, the nation of Israel as a whole has been blinded and has been set aside by God until the time of the mystery(Eph 3:6-12; Col 1:25,26) promised to saints today comes to an end. Then Israel's time clock will once again begin.
