I need your prayers badly, My friend Mark is addicted to heroin and crack. He said he's gonna go for treatment on January 15th because that's the only time his job can give him a month off. I need your prayers so he'd really go to treatment this time and stay clean and sober because he keeps postponing it. Also now he found this individual who gives him free crack in exchange for a ride in his car. He been giving this individual a ride every night and been hanging out with him so he can get free drugs. Please pray for him that he sees the light and God and that a lot of people really care about him and love him, that he doesn't need drugs in his life and he doesn't need to hang out with drug dealers. Please pray for him. He is a good guy and deserves a new beginning, a fresh start. The drugs are clearly ruining his life. I also need prayers for myself for me to have strength, courage and wisdom to be a good friend and not be an enabler.

I am a mother of a 24 year old daughter who is also addicted to drugs. Xanex and Vicatin and others including alcohol. I will pray for Mark and hold him in the light. I am making a conscious effort everyday to imagine Jesus being with my daughter wherever she goes right by her side and sometimes I imagine Jesus with his loving healing arms around her. This is the first time I have ever done this but I read somewhere that it works. I believe in my heart that this is the year that my daughter will be healed from drugs. Like Mark she is a good person with a kind heart and the drugs are destroying what the Good Lord created.
Mark and Michele are being touched by God and God will win the battle. In Jesus name.
