I have been on a few date with a women from another country, that has had a hard life. Her first marriage she found out after a child was born that her husband mental problems that were hidden from her by his family. He then tried to kill her and her child. She then lived through 10 year of civil war. Her town was bombed at least once a week. She remarried and moved to USA.
all that I know about her. Last night I find out that legally she is still married. because she is not a citizen She can not get divorce here she would need to go back to her home land for that.
She has lived everyday of her life in fear, first husband trying to kill her, war and 2nd husband mentally abusing her. In they mind they are not married but he still lives there since they can not afford to raise kids on one salary.
In talking to her she was raised eastern orthodox but does not go to church any more. I know She is ready to be saved, the fear and worry and pain in her heart could be heal by Jesus. But to keep dating her would be adultery. WWJD I know when the disciples broke Jewish law in doing God's will he said it was ok. She has opened up to me and left it in my hands what I want to do. Her son knows about it and likes me and is happy his mother is happy after so many years.
