Broken, Confused, And Alone Options

I've been going through some rough times these past couple of months. I have a significant other but things are beginning to get a little sour in my eyes. I feel unappreciated and alone. My other half has a hard time expressing his emotions because of some previous let downs with other woman. I have sacrificed quite a lot to be with him and be ok with him, but its beginning to get to the point that I can no longer take it. Aside from that I am still a student and have worked very hard to get to where I am, although lately my concentration has wandered away and my grades spiraling down. I'm worried and don't know what to do in either situation. Everything is just coming up against me at once and I dont know if I'm just getting to far ahead of myself. But A couple years ago before I accepted the Lord I was in a very deep stage of depression and lately it seems I am beginning to go down that path again.
Someone please help shine light on me.

O.K. you've had depression. It doesn't necessarily mean you have depression again. That's the good news! Before I can really recommend anything, I'd need to know the nature of the relationship between you and your "significant other". Obviously, whether you're married, living together or just dating can make a huge difference in the advice. So, if you'll shine a little more light on your situation, I'll try to add some light.
