Ive been living with an alocholic for 12 years years. Without going into the details of how far we have fallen as a result of his illness, I'm in need of prayer. I DON'T KNOW HOW I ARRIVED AT THIS SITE, BUT I HAVE TO BELIEVE IT WASN'T AN ACCIDENT. PLEASE PRAY WITH ME FOR GUIDENCE AND PEACE OF MIND.

I BELIEVE GOD IS THE ONLY ANSWER.

It is definately not by accident that you found this site. Just like it was not by accident that I found this site. The Lord works in wonderful ways! I will pray that the Lord gives you a way out or a way to healing. And you are also correct is saying God is the only answer. He is everything that was, everything that is, and everything that is still going to be. Nothing with him is impossible. Trust in him and seek his council daily. Pray as often as you can. He is a mercifull and kind God. I believe he will give you what you need. I will be praying for you.

12 years are enough. If in 12 years he has mot preferred your company to that of booze - you are at best second-best in his life. It is much like having a mistress whom he is un-willing to give up for you.

So, you aiding and abetting his addiction by the fact that you continue to live with it.

Know that it u did not just stubble upon this site. god led u here, as he did me about a month ago. i will pray for you and the situation that is at hand. check out my testimony, it is in the Prayer Answers and Miracles part of this forum. i think it will help u to be able to trust in god better. its helped my girlfriend and her family to come to the lord. so i will pray and may god show his mercies and tender loving-kindnesses upon you. god bless

I thank You that You hear our prayers. Please show Lyn what to do, grant her Your wisdom, blessings, peace of mind and protection. Do not let her stumble, but hold her in Your hands always. Speak to her Lord God and show her what You want her to do. Be with her always and protect her Father God, in Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
