Prayer For A Dear Friend, Cancer Options

I found out this Christmas that my friend has been diagnosed with esophageal cancer. The cancer has spread. He has stage IV meaning the cancer has spread to other parts of the body including the bones. He is receiving chemotherapy.

According to statistics he has a less than a 3% chance of surviving 5 years.
Please include my friend, Fred, in your prayers. He is a good man, and has a loving wife to support him. I live half way across the country from him.

I know God has a plan for all of us, and I pray we meet again in heaven if Fred doesn’t make it, and if he does.

In all of this he has a young grandson that gives him great joy.

It's true God has a plan in all of this and I agree with you in prayer that whatever it is
you will meet your friend again be it in this world or heaven with The Lord,

These things are so difficult, but
may he be comforted in The Lord during all of it,
that this experience would draw both he and his family closer to God -
and may you be at peace with God's Will no matter what is to come..

It's a blessing to be able to pray for others in their time of need

Understand completely. My wife of nearly 30 years has a large mass in her brain in an almost inoperable posirion, and can drop dead any minute. If she lasts another week, it will be a miracle. I am in great sorrow as is everyone who knows her.

Lord God, so many suffering so much. Please heal Jose's friend. We know you are a God of Miracles, In Jesus' Name, Amen.
