Other 1 Corinthians Bible Studies & Background
1. What do you think Paul means by referring to the Corinthians as the "seal" of his Apostleship?
2. Have you ever seen anyone begrudge full-time servants of God for their salary? Explain.
3. Try to come up with a reasonable amount of money and benefits to support a full-time servant of God. How would you arrive at the numbers?
4. Take a look at the salaries of full-time associate ministers, youth leaders, music directors, and others you know...would you want to try to raise your family on that amount? Why/Why not?
5. How do you feel Paul's example in vs 20-22 could apply to us and how we approach non-Christians in the world?
6. Apply vs 24-27 to your Spiritual life, your work life, your married life, your life as a parent, as a neighbor, etc. Do you find any areas where you're not running as if you want to win the prize?
